Since its establishment, it has always adhered to the business philosophy of "people-oriented, talent oriented, customer first, reputation first, quality first", committed to expanding domestic and foreign markets, and providing customers with the best quality products. At present, there are more than 100 full-time employees, including 8 senior engineers of professional mold design, who use domestic advanced die casting units, and have excellent professional and technical personnel and skilled operation technicians. They are specialized in providing customers at home and abroad with the production of precision zinc, aluminum alloy die castings and related series of products. The various zinc alloys produced can be used in many industries such as automotive engineering machinery, engines, communications, tools, electronics, flooring, mechanical LED light parts, etc. Through long-term exploration, the company has accumulated rich design experience and a set of advanced, reasonable and standardized production processes. The materials are imported high-quality die steel, the heat treatment adopts vacuum quenching technology, and the sophisticated processing equipment is used. The dies manufactured now are at the leading level in China, regardless of the precision, service performance and service life of the dies. The factory has a perfect quality assurance system and strict management network, and passed the ISO9001-2015 quality system certification in 2017.
